replacement products, or the product repair if applicable.
Completion dates, are fundamental for you to decide the economics.
 
Over the phone proposals are only possible in certain cases, however it will always 
shed a certain light on the problem
Otherwise a check and report will be needed

Root Cause Failure analysis in this case 
In this case the cooling water had insufficient corrosion inhibitor, 
and lead the formation of rust and scale, and early seal failure.
Common problems in pumps revolve around the sealing, 
most commonly the seals inappropriate
We work first on offering proposals with the most
 appropriate materials.When these will not work, 
we modify seal housings to maintain wet 
lubircated surfaces between seal faces.

7.5 kW SMK Pump used on  recirculated wash water to clean potatoes.
Disassembly, clean and check all parts. Surge test, to find weaknesses 
not yet aparent at the operating voltage, and so guarantee the winding 
for 1 year. Fit new bearings, assembly and test.
Apply Ceramic epoxy coating to the impellor, and nylon coating to to 
the housing to minimise wear.Fit new Tungsten carbide seals. 
Assemble, and pressure test For leaks .

Mechanical seal failed several times due to running 
Dry. When temperature of the water raises above the 
Flash point for inlet pressure. 
Seal was suitable for 140 deg C water temp 130 deg C 
normally, Fit Audible alarm onto motor control for loss of 
prime.Trace fault to lag in response time of the steam 
heat exchanger Control valveRectify PLC programming

Rainbows End Log Flume Ride, Recirculating the water.
From The lake below. Disassembly, clean and check all 
parts, Found Mechanical seal worn, And some damage 
to the Ceramic shaft seal adapter. Have ceramic coating 
applied to the adapter, and  ground finish. Surge test the 
winding to find weaknesses not yet apparent at the working 
voltage, and so guarantee the winding for 12 months. 
Assemble the pump, pressure test the seal chamber to 
check for leaks. Assist with directing the transport tractor.
(That’s Terry in the drivers seat, and the pump on the back tractor is the only way to 
transport it to the location)
