their knowledge, to solve problems for you.
Many of our Tradesmen have a lifetime of experience in electric motor maintenance. 
You have this experience at your disposal at any time 24 hours a day.

Simon Mantle 
Founder of Electric motor solutions, Managing Director. 
With 30 years in the repair of electric motors and associated 
equipment, from power stations through to packaging industry
Is from a trade background with a degree qualification in 
mechanical engineering. 
Simon says "Conducting business should be an enjoyable 
process, and we do everything to make it that" 
We employ competent people carrying out high quality work, 
because they gain satisfaction and enjoyment from doing so. 
We create systems which make it easy for us to be reliable, and 
do what we say we will do.
 
Kathie Mantle
Co Director ensures that we are walking the road we are talking
"Doing what we say we will do" when viewed from the outside.
She makes certain we are all treating each other fairly.
 

Erin Miller

Looks after our phones, and all of our administration, 
She has a Lovely friendly manner, and is very reliable in ensuring 
our staff don’t forget to return phone calls.
She cares for our customers with cups of tea or coffee, when they 
visit, and she always remembers our birthdays.
 
Charles Reddy
Twenty years in the service industry , specialising in machining, 
metalspray, welding, fitting , Pump manufacture  and testing. 
Charles has a relaxed open style of communicating, in a very 
friendly and helpful way. Compliments our team with his 
mechanical skills and his relaxed personality.
 
Paul Kahu (Workshop Manager)
Paul has given EMS 13 years, of loyal hard working service.
Paul lends a great stability to our workshop, just through who he 
is , and what he knows. Paul is responsible for Rewinding, and Purchasing
Pauls has 30 years in electric motors  specialising in the use of 
insulation and copper coils,in Rewinding.

 James Van Sittert

James Joined EMS in 2006. He has 24 Years of Electric Motor Experience.

He is a registered Technician and is expereienced in all electrical and

mechanical aspects of motors.

James is origionally from South Africa and is a great addition to our team

bringing all of his expereience and talent with him! James is always willing

to help no matter what the job!

Ramin Pirialamdari

Ramin joined us in 2004. He has 20 years experience working with Electric

Motors. His knowledge of electric motors covers all aspects of the motor

including repair, rewinding andtroubleshooting. He is experienced with AC

and DC motors and pumps.

Ramin helps to motivate the team and keep everything running on time and

offeres his help to all of the staff and clients alike.

Training
Process Related
Our commitment to training is formidable.
Each day we all meet to cover the work which has been invoiced the previous day, 
at this time we all get to see how well, or how poorly we did.
Each person takes it in turns to run the meeting . Good experience in many aspects 
of work. All of us learn daily how to do it better.from communication throuugh to 
the technical detail
 
Technically Related
We have technical training within our workshop to spread the skills. We have and 
improve on our flexibility. 
We support all of our employees in any related technical training outside of work, 
by paying the course study fees , on successful completion.
